Returns: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt – no exceptions! A return authorization number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted. Credit issued for Returns will be credited as an in-store credit on customer's account. Returns will be credited upon inspection of merchandise, which must be new and in its original packaging, and in sell-able condition. Returns for damages will be credited upon receipt of insurance claim. Returned merchandise other than for defective will incur a 30% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum).

If an item is returned due to a shipping error or damage, Pet-Agree will cover return shipping charges. If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Note: Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on books, videos, or opened containers of liquids.
