Freight Policy: Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will pay all ground freight charges for merchandise orders over $99, exclusive of sales tax or other fees, (some exclusions may apply) delivered within the contiguous United States. Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will pay all ground freight charges for orders of Shernbao and Pet-Agroom equipment, as well as all dryers (some exclusions may apply) delivered within the contiguous United States.  Exclusions include, but are not necessarily limited to, large equipment items like tubs, tables, cages, dryers, motor freight items, drop shipments, large packages, dryer repair, sharpening, clipper repair, and some applicable C.O.D. charges. Free freight on tubs, tables, hardware, etc. is for ground service or commercial LTL shipments only. Additional accessorial services such as lift-gate, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment/notification of delivery may incur additional costs. Expedited shipping services available are: Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Air select, but these do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping and may incur additional costs.  Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies strives to provide the best products and customer service delivered at the lowest prices. However, Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies reserves the right to alter, change or discontinue any shipping policy without notice. Please inspect your shipment within 24 hours and let us know if anything is missing or incorrect. We are unable to recover any freight charges as the result of any missing or mis-shipped packages if we are not notified within 24 hours.
